Subject to the Customer making a report to us within 2 days of delivery of the order, The geb72pet.com shall exchange the Product if:

• Wrong Product is delivered.

• All sold items are not refundable.

• All exchanges must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

• All exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase from us

We shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.

 

Risk of Loss
